We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality roasted coffee. We carefully source our beans from around the world and roast them to perfection in small batches to ensure the best possible flavor.

Return Policy - Coffee

We understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous return policy for roasted coffee.

  • Unopened Coffee: You may return unopened coffee for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.

  • Opened Coffee: We will accept returns/exchanges of opened coffee if you are not satisfied with the flavor. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return. We may ask you to return the remaining coffee so that we can evaluate the issue.

  • Damaged Coffee: If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To return coffee, please contact us at info@mokkabean.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your coffee. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on coffee that has been consumed or used beyond the recommended amount. We also do not accept returns on coffee that has been purchased more than 10 days prior to the return request.
